Your 100% tax-deductible sponsorship will go to support Louisville's local art community, artists, and the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society.
This sponsorship level receives everything listed under the "What's included in a Bow Tie Sponsorship?" section at the top of this page.
Do sponsors have any input on their bow tie design or choose their artist?
No. The sponsors do not have any input on the designs or choose their artists.
We have experienced that the best art is created when the artists fully control the design. Our only restriction is that the designs may not be political, religious, or offensive.
These bowtie designs are intended to be works of art rather than advertisements. Yet, while the artwork itself will not contain your logo, you can rest assured that your company's brand will receive high visibility.
The Bourbon with Heart team consists of individuals with very strong backgrounds in marketing and advertising, and we understand how important it is to have visibility for your brand.
Your company's brand/logo will be displayed on a very visible placard adjacent to your bowtie design. Your brand/logo will also be included in our marketing materials, website, social media pages, and printed publications.
Our previous exhibit, Barrels of Heart, operated this same way. Each sponsor would be willing to attest to their satisfaction with their assigned artwork and the level of advertising they received.
What happens to the bowties after the exhibit?
After the exhibit, the sponsors will own the bowties. Many sponsors choose to display them in their place of business. However, some sponsors have chosen to donate their artwork to other nonprofits or donate it back to Bourbon with Heart. It's entirely up to the sponsor. The only restriction is that the sponsors may not re-sale the artwork for profit.
What will my sponsorship funds be used for?
Your 100% tax-deductible sponsorship funds will go towards the Bourbon with Heart (501c3) mission of raising awareness surrounding our local art community, providing better access to first-class arts experiences regardless of age, race, class, gender, or ability -and raising funds for other local non-profits.
